Instructions for Completing narcotic prescriptions

Berlin - has at the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices
Federal Opium Agency moved in together, given the current
Retaxierungswelle in connection with narcotics prescriptions
information for doctors and pharmacists.

"Many of the errors in filling prescriptions drugs can be avoided if
informed doctors and pharmacists already in the run with", says Dr.
Peter Cremer-Schaeffer, head of the Federal Opium Agency.

The Federal Opium Agency has therefore compiled all the important
information on its website, including a practical guide to completing
the narcotics prescriptions.

Cremer-Schaeffer emphasized, however, concerned that doctors and
pharmacists who need a specific legal assessment of their individual
cases, must apply directly to their respective local health authority.
The Federal Opium Agency could not provide this information.

Dear colleagues, of course, we have every reason to get excited about
the Retaxwahnsinn of cash and we certainly are not the right person
when it comes to BTM recipes to ensure proper filling, but the
doctors. But honestly, no fund has an interest, with the doctors to
create and teach them the proper prescription filling and when the
then possibly some point recipes could fill in correctly, where the
health insurance supposed to do then retaxieren to get more money in
the till ?

BtMVV which is by and large totally ok! Not the regulations but whose
perfidious, and Improper abuse are the problem. This is but to "our"
contracts and their tendentious interpretation by the social courts.
What needs to be changed quickly, are the supply and the framework
agreement! Formal errors must be cured, those who cause the costs of
unfounded Retaxationen be and is charged from the nightmare! Why is it
not started finally?

Two months after PROTAX has changed in the doctor's office NULL, NULL.
We can issue ANY BTM give new recipe, marked in color from info
sheets, talk personally with the MTA's. NADA.
Recipe will be printed as it has in the PC is almost time. As long as

once all have to go back to school to learn how to fill out forms
(pattern 16 etc.) to take place in the meantime, the total Retaxation
